We have been working with Audio Enhancement since December 2020 and Project Portal was our first initiative with them (its our Baby) which resulted into adding many other engagements in the same account and during the past 2.5 years, we have done several enhancements in the application. Project Portal is AE’s pre-sales portal and helped in increasing their clientele and revenue to a great extent. Recently we have done a performance optimization on Project portal which increases the speed of their operations by 80% and the whole AE team is super excited and amazed by the results. “Gaurav, I wanted to pass along a HUGE THANK YOU to the Project Portal and DevOps Audio Enhancement team. Over time, the project has faced some internal criticism, largely due to the everyday user complaints about the performance of the product. We have put an emphasis over the last few sprints on focusing major team effort on optimizing the Project Portal in code, database, API with our systems and architecture. Today was the culmination of all of that work as we got welcomed to the office with messages from our users in disbelief at how fast the application was running (I would share screenshots if the language was suitable for work 🤣). Due to the hard work and diligence of the team we have taken a process which usually takes 5 minutes at minimum and improved it to below 1 minute (most of which is waiting on an external application API out of our control). We have increased the efficiency of our users by 80% with this change and increased the user satisfaction by that much at least! We still have a long road to completely win our users back by stabilizing all areas of the project, but today we celebrate an enormous victory and want to share our gratitude of the team’s efforts.”	AudioEnhancement
